Nick Garrett

Nick is a Director of Cuadra Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on retail and mixed-use sectors in growth markets across the United States. He has over seven years of real estate investment and private equity experience.

Prior to joining Cuadra, Nick was a Senior Associate – Investments at Asana Partners, a retail-focused real estate investment manager with over $7B in AUM. During his time at Asana, Nick led or supported the sourcing, due diligence, and execution of more than fifty investments, collectively valued in excess of $2B and concentrated in Sunbelt markets.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, summa cum laude with honors, from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he was a Mayo Scholar. Nick previously served on the Young Alumni Board of the Terry College of Business from 2022 to 2025.
