Martha Stewart Joiner

Martha Stewart is a Director of Cuadra Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on the retail and mixed-use sectors in growth markets across the United States. She has over eight years of real estate investment and private equity experience.

Prior to joining Cuadra, Martha Stewart was a Director – Investments at Asana Partners, a retail-focused real estate investment manager with over $7B in AUM. During her time at Asana, Martha Stewart led or supported the acquisition and disposition of over $2.5B of retail and mixed-use assets across the country. Additionally, she developed the dispositions process, led property sales across the country, and was a member of both the Liquidity and Valuation committees.

Martha Stewart earned a BSBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband and son.
